Please take a moment to review my booking guidelines so we can keep things smooth and stress-free. ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens—we all understand that! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. • Less than 24 hours’ notice requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your service total to secure your next appointment. • This deposit will be applied toward your new appointment. If that appointment is also canceled last-minute, a new deposit will be required. 🚫 No-Call / No-Show Not showing up (without any communication) will result in a 100% fee of the missed service. • To rebook, you’ll also need to place a 50% non-refundable deposit toward your future appointment. ⏰ Late Arrivals I allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, services may need to be modified to fit the schedule, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled (deposit rules apply). • Please text or call if you’re running late—I’ll always try to extend the same courtesy to you. • And because respect goes both ways: if I am ever more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you’ll receive an automatic 10% discount on your service. ❤️ Respecting Time Time is a valuable resource for both of us.
